Walleye Fishing

Hello Everyone This is Capt. Bob with the latest Lake Erie Walleye Report,
We have been pulling limits of big walleye on a regular basis, fish are hanging in 63' to 67' of water from Cleveland to Mentor, very nice school of walleye from the 2003 hatch ranging from 24" to 29" with a few 30"+ mixed in, these fish are weighing in from 5# to 11#, fish are being caught in a variety of water columns ranging from 40' to 20' down, large stinger spoons and night crawler tipped harnesses are both producing fish right now all you need to do is get out there and get to fishing.
We still have a few good dates left in July so give a call before they are all gone, book a trip for that birthday coming up, or a break from all that summer time yard work, take a customer or two out on the lake for day, whatever the occasion Lake Erie is a great way to spend the day,

Thanks All
Capt. Bob

Fish-On

Hello everyone,
The walleye are here and they are hungry, we have been getting limits of nice walleye 24" - 27"
the fish are hanging out in 50' water depth and are hitting both spoon baits as well as harnesses. I believe that if we can get some stable weather these fish should hold here for the next few weeks, so if you are looking to stock up on some nice fresh walleye fillets contact your favorite charter boat captain and get your trip booked ASAP now is the time.

The NCCBA walleye tournament went off without a hitch, some very nice walleye were turned in the winning catch weighed in at a whopping 49.8# for six fish, we at Fishfull Thinking turned in a very nice 44.8# for 5th place finish.

Keep checking back with us to stay on top of the walleye report, I will busy running charters for the next two weeks but I will post our catch report here as it happens.

talk with you all soon
Capt. Bob
